In the playoffs, they beat Algerian squad vSlash, which featured both Timothée "⁠DEVIL⁠" Démolon and Matvey "⁠Mewpy⁠" Podgornyi.

In the final, POGGERZ faced invited team Falcons. While the first two maps were extremely close, nawwk powered them to victory with a 1.38 rating. They weren't without opposition however, as Danish youngster Alexander "⁠br0⁠" Bro put up a 1.27 rating over the series.

By winning the Calyx Dune Cup, POGGERZ have secured themselves a spot at the next BLAST Showdown, set to take place in October, just before the Major in Stockholm. So far, Movistar Riders are the only other team to have secured a spot at the event, with the China qualifier being underway now.

With nawwk being contracted to Ninjas in Pyjamas still, a potential conflict of interest could arise should Ninjas in Pyjamas move down to the BLAST Showdown after the Fall Groups in September. While his contractual status could certainly change before the Showdown, it could potentially result in the team using a new player.
